wonderful family retreat!

the kids enjoyed the cinema and games room every evening. the staff were super friendly and always ready to help. the pool was warm, perfect for swimming with the kids, and the spa provided a great escape for the adults.

i found the food at dinner to be overpriced for what we received.

the room was very clean and well equipped, including biscuits and bottled water which i really appreciated. the availability of a yoto box in the room was a very nice touch for the kids. i found the room to be spacious and comfortable for our family.

the food was delicious with generous portions. the cocktails were fantastic and creatively prepared (the presentation was lovely). the breakfast offered a great variety of options, catering to all tastes, including the children.

the staff was attentive and always willing to help with whatever request we had. the little touches added to our room to celebrate my son's birthday were heartwarming. the service from maria was excellent, she was very helpful and friendly.
